Overview

Advanced filters give you precise control over which trades appear in your feed. These filters are found in the Trader, Price, and Time tabs of the filter modal.
For beginners: These filters are optional! The defaults work great for most users. Come back here when you want more control.

Trader Tab

Filter based on who is making the trade.

Trader Account Age

This filter looks at how long the trader’s Polymarket account has been active.
SettingWhat It Does
Minimum DaysOnly show trades from accounts at least this old
Maximum DaysOnly show trades from accounts no older than this
Why use this?
  • Minimum age filters out brand new accounts (which might be less experienced or bots)
  • Maximum age can find newer traders who might be taking risky positions
Free users: You can either disable this filter entirely (no age restriction) or set a minimum of 30+ days. To target accounts younger than 30 days, upgrade to Premium.
Minimum Days: 180
Maximum Days: (no limit)
Result: Only see trades from accounts at least 6 months old
Minimum Days: 0
Maximum Days: 30
Result: Only see trades from accounts less than a month old. This configuration requires Premium.

Price Tab

Max PriceOnly show trades where price is at most this. We strongly recommend to set it up to 0.7-0.9 to avoid noise.

Liquidity Impact

This measures how much a trade moves the market price.
ImpactWhat It Means
Low (0-1%)Small splash - price barely moved
Medium (1-5%)Noticeable impact on price
High (5%+)Major impact - big money moving
Use case: High liquidity impact means someone made a trade large enough to significantly change the market. These are often the most interesting signals.

Market Liquidity

This is the total amount of money available in a market’s order book.
LiquidityMarket Type
< $10,000Tiny market (potentially manipulable)
10,00010,000 - 100,000Small market
100,000100,000 - 1,000,000Medium market
> $1,000,000Large, liquid market
Free users: Market liquidity has a minimum floor of $100,000. This protects you from seeing trades in very small, potentially manipulated markets.Premium users: Can set any minimum (or none).

Markets have end dates (when we find out who won). This filter controls alerts based on how much time is left.

Troubleshooting

Each filter narrows your results. Try:
  1. Widen one filter at a time
  2. Remove time filters first (they’re very restrictive)
  3. Check if your price range is too narrow
Make sure all relevant filters are set:
  1. Check the Time tab for deadline settings
  2. Verify liquidity minimums
  3. Review price range constraints
